The location, although not close to the airport, was perfect for me as I preferred a more peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle. The 24-hour room service was a lifesaver, especially since I arrived late at night and was able to order a delicious meal right to my room. The bell staff/porter was extremely helpful with my luggage and made sure I had everything I needed. The package/parcel services were convenient as I had some important documents that needed to be sent out. Plus, having a dietician and doctor on call just added an extra level of reassurance and convenience for any health-related concerns. Additionally, the shoe shine service was a nice touch and kept my shoes looking polished and professional. The free shuttle service was a great perk and made getting around the area so much easier.I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with top-notch service.

The location was further away from the airport than the website tells. The staff did not speek english or very poor. The free shuttlebus starts from 06.00 A.M. and not 24h/day as the website tells, which is a big problem if you have an very early flight because there are no taxidrivers.

We went there for 3 reasons (written on the presentation): - staff could speak english - western food - internet in the room the staff couldn t speak english, there was just chinese food, no internet anywhere

Spending my Christmas holidays at this hotel was an amazing experience! the room had a brand new decoration that exceeded my expectation. the free shuttle service was very convenient to get me to and from the airport, saving me some cash. the hotel's location is great too, just a short walk from the city center which is perfect to enjoy the holiday's spirit on the local markets.

the hotel's website stated that the free shuttle ran 24 hours, but it actually started from 6 in the morning, which wasn't helpful as my flight left early.

It was disappointing to find out that the website inaccurately mentioned the availability of the shuttle bus service 24 hours a day.
